By Diana on Oct 10, 2023 I don't know what's wrong with me, but I don't get a gourmand scent from this one at all! After a strong toasted almond opening (which is nice, but I'm not sure I want to smell like it??), it dries down to a sweet floral, that honestly doesn't hit me like cake at all. There's something over-complicated about Montale fragrances, and I'm just not sure I have the sophisticated nose for it😂 it's pleasant, don't get me wrong, but it wasn't the sexy edible gourmand I'd imagined.

By Cindy on Nov 05, 2024 This is a lovely scent, not overly strong and it didn't have the longest lasting power on be but it was inoffensive and an easy wear. I don't get a strong sweet vanilla sugary cake from this, it's softer and more like the raw ingredients, the almond hosts my nose first then it dries to almost a soft sweet with a floral note? Not one I'd Run to buy a full bottle of but a nice one to try!

A very sweet and lactonic vanilla, but not sickly or headache inducing. This is becoming one of my favourite fragrances, and i will probably buy a full size when i run out of my Scentgod vial My only negative is the lasting power isn't the best.
